It smells really strong, has a really good durability and Also a great smells. The atomizer does a really good work and if you don't over use you would smell like a rose Field in springI bought it for a cousin of mine.
Good for the price. A lil on the soft side but smells good overall its good. It's not sweet, but subtle for the office. Slightly floral and musky but not overbearing.
So after reading reviews of a good dupe of Amouage Interlude I bought this as a blind buy. Smells like it, however turns into a skin scent after a couple of hours, not a "best mode" fragrance as described with other reviews, and I was heavy handed with it. I think the one with the Arabic writing on the bottle is more than likely stronger then the one I received. Price pointwise it's definitely a good value, and still a nice fragrance, and a couple of hours it became a soft amber with a touch of Oud and some vanilla on me, which is fine because it wasn't overdone like other middle eastern fragrances. Think of this as a tone down version of Interlude just not as strong. To be fair I did smell it on my skin for at least 6 to 8 hours but again weak projection that lasted for like a hour tops.
This has a beautiful fresh scent. Based on reviews I thought as a female I could wear this. On my skin this is very masculine, so it's a no for me. Product is terrific, I will give this away at work to someone who can use it.
This one packs a wallop! It is mysterious, exotic, sweet, and intense, but for my taste, it overpowers. I haven’t been, but I brings to mind walking through a crowded open market in Morocco, too many scents to define. All pleasant, just a lot. Since it is not returnable, I will enjoy it for a home fragrance.
Bought this as a blind buy and it has become one of my favorites. The ladies on IG go crazy because it’s such a great scent for an even better price. I reach for this often during the work week. I also have it as auto buy so I never run out. I receive lots of compliments from men and women when I wear this. Buy it you will not be disappointed. A guy once told me I smell like “I Smell like a picnic with no ants, and a glass of wine.”Smile!
This is astonishingly similar; not a dupe BUT is comparable with a beautiful fizzy fruit opening and an aromatic woodsy base. The apple and grape accords remind me more of the pear note found in La Belle; fizzy, juicy and crisp. Like a spicy, caramelized pear gourmand that is sweet yet not cloying. The balance of amber, resinous Peru balsam, musk, and smooth leather / suede accords really compliment the top notes without becoming too animalic. Which personally is always something I tend to struggle with when it comes to amber and musk.Far from being dark or heavy, this is a delightfully refreshing fragrance that not only gets better with time, but has impressive sillage and longevity as well! It’s also a LOVELY layering scent! And for those with trust issues with some Middle Eastern fragrances due to their tendency to pull too smokey, or strangely metallic; rest assured this fragrance does neither (at least to my nose)..and for reference, I’ve tried and massively disliked Shaghaf Oud, Ajwad, Infini Rose and Amaali. So, if you’re like me and absolutely love Jean Paul Gaultier’s “La Belle”, I highly recommend Casablanca! They even smell divine together! Good luck and happy sniffing!
Initially seems very masculine. Definitely not a light scent. I keep smelling hints of eucalyptus. It seems to change throughout the day.
So I lean toward more gourmand and sweet fragrances. My favorite all time vanilla perfume is vanille from Anthropologie. So when I purchased Casablanca I expected a very sweet subtle vanilla perfume with notes of grapes and fruit. What I was not expected was a at first leather smell? But I let the perfume sit on my skin and on the second spray I thought “well this is different but I can still work with it!” It’s something new I would best explain it like Vamilla woods from 7 virtues with leather. But as it dries down it smells very much what I expect an Arabian princess to smell like sweet with a hint of spice and wood. Hope this helps!
This is a good fragrance to wear if you work in a warehouse. As a postal clerk you will get a lot of compliments, it smells like a mature fresh out of the shower musk. I smell clean and vibrant and I love how much of a good quality this cologne is. This is definitely a great choice for blue collar workers who want to smell like money.
